Kimi is a true professional when it comes to Hawaii real estate, clearly evidenced by the dozens of positive five star reviews she has received on her Zillow/Trulia profile. Yelp is not historically a big review platform for real estate agents, but hopefully that will change in the years to come.
In 2014 I had an opportunity to work with Kimi on a special real estate sales project, to help re-sell 20 condo units that had been taken back by the developer. That was the first time I met her and was able to work closely with her and the five other sales agents on this project. She impressed me from the very beginning as a positive, genuine, knowledgeable and competent real estate agent. She has consistently demonstrated those attributes ever since that time.
I learned a lot from my interactions with Kimi during that project and in the years since. She has consistently been a top-performing agent, which is not at all surprising to me.
