Kimi has been even more than everything we were looking for in a real estate agent. Our bar was set high because we were buying a home in Kailua while still in California. We wanted someone who is not only business savvy, knows the housing market well, but also one who is pleasant to interact with. Kimi is not only pleasant in her genuine sweet voice, but she really cares in advising us in decision-making that are beneficial to us, very ethical, always gets back to us right away when we have something to discuss with her (like no other agent we’ve experienced working with, and we’ve worked with 4 other agents in the past), and we never felt judged or uncomfortable with her for any reason.
