She took the time to make me feel comfortable throughout and was always available to answer my questions and concerns. Kimi made herself available at all my appointments (showing, home inspection, loan signing, etc), so I always felt like I had a friend with me. She called on a couple of her contacts (plumber and contractor) to come in at the last minute to give us quotes on repairs and to look at potential structural issues.
